Superb Hotel Experience
functional kitchen induction hob spacious suite
I found the suite spacious with a functional kitchen. The kitchen included an induction hob a dishwasher a combi oven and a microwave. I found many utensils available in the room. The living area had a sliding door to separate the bed area.
I noticed some lights in the room and the shower area remained dimly lit.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop just around the corner on Ave Vleurgat. Quick access to the city center is simple and easy. There are pharmacies a Carrefour a bakery and some restaurants within walking distance.

Really good Stay, Minor Hiccup
convenient location modern facilities friendly staff spacious apartment
The location is convenient. Both the central station and Midi station are a short drive. A convenience store is just a three-minute walk, and the retail shopping area is fifteen minutes away. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The modern facilities felt classy. The concierge team displayed friendliness and a willingness to assist me.
There was no hot water on the first night. I needed a shower after a long travel day. The shower area was dimly lit. It was visible from half of the room. This did not offer any privacy.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
lukewarm food dim lighting
The lack of hot water on my first night was quite inconvenient. I needed a shower after a long day. The breakfast setup also disappointed me. The food was only lukewarm. The shower area's lighting was dim, yet it lacked privacy from the rest of the room. I found this combination odd and not very practical.

the room was spotlessly clean. i loved the ambience and decor. the staff were friendly and helpful!!!
there was no hot water on the first night, just when i needed a shower after a long day of travelling. the concierge failed to call me a taxi when i needed one. the shower area remains dimly lit and is visible from half the room, not offering any privacy.

charming stay
fantastic space modern bathroom balcony table
the apartment provided ample space. the kitchen and living room offered a home-like atmosphere (i felt so charmed!). the large, modern bathroom added to the overall comfort. i especially enjoyed the balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
i found it inconvenient that i could not pay for the entire stay's breakfast upon check-in. i had to settle the bill each day, or at check-out.

a very positive experience
easy access comfortable bed attentive staff great location
i found the location perfect with easy access to transportation. trams stopped just outside. the room was very super clean and cozy, allowing a good night's sleep. i also found the staff nice and attentive to all needs.
The shower area was dimly lit. It could use brighter lighting.
